Mission Statement

The mission of the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus is to

• Promote equal opportunity and employment for minorities at all levels of the IBEW structure;
• Foster leadership development and empower minorities to become active participants and leaders in the IBEW;
• Assist IBEW and the labor movement in attaining their goals; 
• Promote and support unionism; 
• To increase the numbers of minorities and women in leadership positions in the IBEW.
