Mission Statement

The mission of the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus is to promote equal opportunity and employment for minorities at all levels of the IBEW structure; to foster leadership development and empower minorities to become active participants and leaders in the IBEW; to assist IBEW and the labor movement in attaining their goals; to promote and support unionism; and to increase the numbers of minorities and women in leadership positions in the IBEW.
